Coach Jake Swenson was born and raised in Wyoming, where he first discovered his love for wrestling in middle school. His dedication and hard work led him to become a Wyoming State Champion before continuing his academic career at the University of Wyoming. 

Now living in Franklin, TN, Coach Swenson is happily married to his wife, Brittany, and together they are raising three boys and one girl. Wrestling runs deep in his family, with multiple state championships and currently nationally ranked athletes among his relatives.

Coach Swenson’s passion for the sport goes beyond competition—he is dedicated to developing young athletes on and off the mat. He believes wrestling instills hard work, discipline, accountability, ownership, and respect, qualities that prepare kids to succeed not only in wrestling, but in life.
