Jesse Medina
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Coach Jesse Medina was introduced to the mat at just four years old alongside his four brothers. Together, they traveled the nation competing in premier tournaments and earned a reputation as “The Medina Dynasty.” That early immersion forged a deep love for wrestling and set the stage for a lifelong commitment to the sport.
 
Henry Kon
Coach Henry Kon is also the president of our organization. He wrestled at Oswego High School in New York under Hall of Fame Coach Elmer Akley. He also wrestled at Cayuga College in Auburn, New York. This will be Henry's 15th year coaching with WCWC.
 
Tonia Andaluz
As pioneer of women's wrestling, Coach Tonia Andaluz was the first female wrestler at her NJ high school, finishing 2nd in the state and 4th in the nation when female wrestling was in its infancy. As nurse by profession and active Spring Hill community member since 2016, where she now channels her competitive spirit and nurturing nature into coaching, drawing from experience coaching her daughter’s teams. Coach Tonia "I am dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of wrestling while building character and confidence in every athlete. Here we raise Warriors."
 
Justin Pasqualini
With deep roots in wrestling and a passion for coaching, Coach Justin Pasqualini has made a lasting impact both on and off the mat. His journey began in childhood and led to multiple regional and state honors, followed by years of coaching at the high school level. His commitment to the sport continues through involvement with WCWC and supporting their sons’ athletic pursuits. Beyond wrestling, they value family, fitness, and adventure, embracing life in College Grove and cherishing time spent traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
 
Jake Swenson
Coach Jake Swenson, a Wyoming native and former state wrestling champion, now resides in Franklin, TN with his wife and four children. His deep-rooted passion for wrestling extends beyond competition, focusing on developing young athletes through values like discipline, accountability, and respect—qualities he believes are essential for success both on and off the mat.
 
Logan Heckert
Logan Heckert, a 2x Tennessee State Champion and NSHCA Senior All-American, brings a 195-9 high school record and D1 experience from Campbell University to Cumberland’s wrestling program. His journey reflects grit, excellence, and a passion for the sport.
