Coach Jesse Medina
Wrestling Roots and the Medina Dynasty
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Coach Jesse Medina was introduced to the mat at just four years old alongside his four brothers. Together, they traveled the nation competing in premier tournaments and earned a reputation as “The Medina Dynasty.” That early immersion forged a deep love for wrestling and set the stage for a lifelong commitment to the sport.

Pioneering Spring Hill Wrestling
In 2006, Jesse brought his wrestling passion to Tennessee and recognized a gap in local youth sports. Two years later, he founded Spring Hill’s very first program, The Regulators, laying the groundwork for future clubs like Hustle Factory Wrestling and Bad Boys Wrestling. Today, he serves as  Coach of the Williamson County Wrestling Club, where he continues to raise the bar for the region’s athletes.

Coaching Philosophy and Signature Programs
Coach Jesse’s trademark approach combines foundational training with unwavering passion and refined technique. His methods have consistently elevated the performance of every wrestler under his guidance. Most recently, he launched the Kids Gym program—a personalized, small-group coaching experience designed to unlock each athlete’s full potential on the mat.

Family and Personal Life
Off the mat, Jesse has shared nearly 28 years of marriage with his high school sweetheart, Jme. They have built a life together in Spring Hill and raised three amazing children: Jesalyn, Jaden, and Jagger. God, family values and community spirit remain at the heart of both his personal and professional journey.
