Fall/Winter Session

Fall/Winter session– 9/25/2023

We are excited to roll out our AAU Fall/Winter season. This is what we consider to be our “regular season” part of the year. We will offer practices at two locations. In Spring Hill we will be holding practices at the Hidden Gem Farmers Market. This location is approximately 4600sq ft, roughly the same size as a typical basketball court. Our Franklin practices will be held at the LPG Sports Academy. Practice days will be Mon and Thurs nights in Spring Hill, 6-7:30pm. Our Franklin practices will be on Mon nights 6-7:30pm.

Practices in Spring Hill will start on Monday, October 30th. Practices in Franklin will start on Monday, November 20th(when the local middle school season ends). Practices for this cycle will run up to the first week of march.

Practices will focus on the basics of “folkstyle” wrestling.
